What She Really Meant

When she's especially animated

her sari drops

revealing a bosom

which at first sight

is rather uninspiring

until her interlocutor,

although disinterested,

begins to notice

that the breasts,

though small, are round,

and not yet sagging;

when she speaks, in fact,

they heave not unpleasantly....;

but at that very moment

sure she's got his attention,

with practiced ease,

she casually retrieves

the erring pallu,

restoring it to its

demure and rightful

location across chest

then adds, seriously:

“Ah! I'm so glad you've

finally understood

what I was trying to say.”
